My uncle was well cared for at Innisfree and all his needs were met. The staff were always very caring and friendly and the home always came over as a happy place. The food was always prepared freshly daily and residents were always being given drinks. The rooms were kept clean and always decorated when needed. My uncle passed away at Innisfree and I felt happy he was amongst friends at his end of life.

After much research of various residential homes in the area this home stood out head & shoulders above all of them. The specialist dementia care is second to none and we soon realised the benefits and peace of mind this gives to us as relatives of a much loved member of our family. There is a “home from home” family atmosphere for both residents and visitors alike.

Innisfree is a warm and cosy home where the residents are treated like favourite aunts and uncles and well respected. The staff are encouraging and willing to make Innisfree a place of safety and nothing is too much. The residents say I hope you are as happy as we are here. Their rooms are their own to have as they wish, except for hazards of course. They are allowed to live as independently as they wish. The staff encourage and praise and the manager is wonderful.

My mum had dementia and bowel cancer, so when my father was no longer able to care for Mum we found Innisfree after a long search. The warmth of welcome for all of us was outstanding. Each person in their care was treated with dignity, respect and as an individual. Activities were totally inclusive and stimulating. Mum always looked clean and smart. The end of life care Mum received and support we had was outstanding. We are still in contact with staff there. There were no negatives.
